Did you know? PAC is rooted in the U.S. fire industry, but our users span several additional industries…. in over 30 countries!! Additional markets PAC serves include landscaping, utility, towing, and continues to grow! We encourage you to check our website for all our literature or request hard copies from our office.
We also work directly with other businesses (B2B). Our OEM specific solutions deliver speed to market, reduced overhead and proven quality allowing specialty manufacturers to focus on what they do best! All manufacturers are encouraged to call us and find out what PAC can do for your business!
My Grandfather and company founder, Dick Young, had extensive experience building fire apparatus. It was his idea to maintain stock levels beyond normal forecasts. He knew that this would allow PAC to serve its customers quicker than any other supplier. PAC continues to manage its inventory in this way. As a manufacturer intertwined with the fire industry, PAC continues to hold – as the cornerstone of our business – the values that our founder built this business upon. Employee Spotlight!
Jerry Enser has been a PAC employee for over 21 years. He has been the Shop Supervisor since he started, but has worn a lot of different “hats” during his time here. As the Shop Supervisor, Jerry oversees all of the shop activities; including manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. He is also responsible in overseeing the duties of the eight employees that work directly with him.
Jerry’s favorite thing about working at PAC is the people he works with. “Everyone here is like family.” He also likes the location of the building being right in the heart of the village of Lancaster. His favorite PAC product is the HandleLok for its versatility.
Jerry is also the President of the Greater Lancaster Fire Museum that is located right next door to PAC. The museum project was started in 2000 and officially opened its doors in 2007. Jerry was involved in every step of the project and has a deep passion for what the museum stands for and the articles it houses.

The Jumbo Lok is a large positive locking bracket with FOUR strap pivot positions providing an extensive grip range for a wide variety of tools and equipment.
Greg Young is about to complete his 11th year with the company and most recently has served as PACs Vice President of Sales and Operations. Greg has assumed the position of “Senior Administrative Vice President”, which solidifies him in a role that will continue to lay the groundwork for PACs growth and development into the future, as well as to ensure PAC’s long-term contribution in the emergency services industry. One of Greg’s key responsibilities is administering to the very important area of product development, as well as overseeing development in information technology, internal systems management, and oversight regarding intellectual properties.
Tom Trzepacz has been a valuable member of our Customer Support Team since 2007. With having served over 25 years as a firefighter and 17 of those as a Chief, Tom’s knowledge and expertise in finding solutions for our customer base made him the logical and obvious choice in promoting him to the newly created position of “Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations”. In his position he is the “go to” person in administering to PAC’s very high standards in customer service and support. In addition, he is charged with the further development of programs and business relations in all industries served by PAC.
