PAC’s Limited Lifetime Warranty:

PAC Warranty IF ANY PART FAILS UNDER NORMAL SERVICE IT WILL BE REPLACED – NO CHARGE – PERIOD.

Except for the PAC warranty, we disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

PAC’s Liftgate Policy:

Upon agreement of purchase, customer acknowledges and assumes all responsibilities of charges incurred for shipments to locations where a liftgate is required. Additionally, fees may also be assessed for inside deliveries as per shipping company regulations.

PAC’s Return Policy:

 Performance Advantage Company accepts returns of merchandise according to the following criteria:

 

 

1. Contact Performance Advantage Company to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and form. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The completed RGA form must be included in the package being returned. All returns received without a RGA number and form will be refused and no credit will be issued.
2. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
3. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the party returning the merchandise.
4. Performance Advantage Company will not grant a Return Goods Authorization for items that were purchased longer than 60 days from the date of the original invoice.
5. Returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition for credit to be applied.
